Aiden Gilmartin came through the ranks at St Mirren. During his time at The Buddies, he had loan spells with Cowdenbeath, East Kilbride and Stranraer, before making a permanent switch to Darvel in August 2024. However, that only lasted 5 months before The Burgh signed him in January 2025. In March he was loaned back to Darvel for the remainder of the season.
