About

Having come through the youth system at Rangers, Luke had spells at Partick Thistle and Stranraer, where he gained SPFL experience before joining Broomhill in the Lowland League. Towards the end of the 2023/24 season, Luke was brought to Johnstone Burgh as a trialist. He played a huge part in winning us promotion, winning six of his seven matches with The Burgh. In June 2024, he put pen to paper to sign a two-year contract. During the his first full season, no player made more appearances than Luke (40).

His outstanding form during the season was recognised by all, as he won Supporters' Player Of The Year, Social Media Player Of The Year and Players' Player Of The Year. He made some vital saves throughout the season, and also proved a nightmare for opposing players when it came to penalties, saving spot kicks against Hurlford and Largs, and in Scottish Junior Cup shootouts against Irvine Meadow (QF) and Tranent (Final). He was also named Man Of The Match 10 times, more than any other Burgh player.
