Johnstone Burgh 2-3 Benburb

Ross Smith Sets Up Kyle Lafferty For Burgh's Second

Goalkeeper Glen Cameron came back to haunt his former club as he helped condemn Burgh to our third defeat in four matches.

We got off to the perfect start when Kyle Lafferty struck first time from the edge of the box, after Stuart McCann had brilliantly brought the ball down and laid it off for the Northern Irishman.

That lead lasted all of two minutes before Declan McDonald equalised for the visitors, following Burgh's failure to deal with a corner.

We were behind on 19 minutes when Jordan Bow bent a fine effort past Burgh keeper Luke Scullion.

Things went from bad to worse just after half time when Theo McCormick scored from close range on 48 minutes.

Three minutes later we were back in it. Ross Smith danced his way wonderfully through the box beating several visiting defender before poking it across goal to Lafferty, who swept it in to claim his second brace in as many matches.
